General Moncado House
At this location at the old mansion built in the early 1900's still stand. The caretaker reports that a lady in white roams the house and that an old man in ball and chain can also be seen and heard throughout the premises.

UPDATE: This place is truly haunted. We had numerous visits and always, we had recorded very good Class A EVPs. We also took spooky pictures of a child ghost, evil looking orbs and our price catch, the White Lady that roams the premises.
This was our very first EVP Session done at the house.
Featuring one of our newest investigator Jessa Dairocas. The spirit responses were funny and lively but also vulgar and crude towards our female investigator.
This was followed up by me and some of the guys to do an evening EVP session.
